Engraving training

Engraver like his father was, Roland Baptiste puts himself at the service of people who want to learn to engrave with ancestral and modern techniques.

Graduated since 1993 from the Armory School of Liège and holder of the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP), Roland Baptiste offers the rare possibility of using Palmcontrol and Classic airgraver in Europe.

Students are received one by one in order to have a more personalized learning.
On request, possibility of two students simultaneously with a reduced internship cost.

Unlike other courses, the course program adapts to the progress of each student's learning, thus allowing not to be limited to a previously fixed program and techniques.

​

This has the advantage of not hindering the discovery of techniques and also of avoiding an accumulation of weeks necessary in order to best satisfy the curiosity and expectations of the student.

All the techniques of engraving and artistic compositions can be thus

discussed without restrictions during the course.

You will work in optimal conditions. You will be directly corrected thanks to a follow-up of your gestures by camera placed on the binocular.

The courses are on a 5-day basis for a sum of 1900€ excluding taxes.

Lunch is taken at Roland's.
Class times are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Course sessions are given by appointment only on the dates that best suit apprentice candidates.

Verviers is a city where it is very easy to reach by train. The workshop is located 5 minutes walk from the station.
